The Strand Brings Mediterranean Flavours and Cocktails Together with Tapas & Tipples

The Strand, the Mediterranean-inspired kitchen and cocktail destination at Palm Views West, is inviting guests to gather over good food and drinks with Tapas & Tipples, an evening offering designed for sharing, catching up with friends and enjoying a relaxed night out.

Available every Thursday from 5pm onwards and priced at AED 385, the offer includes a choice of four tapas dishes, a bottle of house wine and a dessert to share, bringing together a selection of Mediterranean-inspired flavours with something for everyone at the table. Guests can choose from a menu spanning seafood, meat and vegetarian options, with dishes prepared for sharing and mixing to create a spread to suit the occasion.

Tapas highlights include Tuna Tartar with avocado, pickled pink radish, cress, sesame seeds and house-made corn chips; No Nori Spicy Tuna & Salmon Maki Roll, filled with tuna and salmon sashimi and topped with spicy mayo and crispy sweet potato strings; Classic California Maki Roll, featuring crab, avocado, cucumber, tobiko, kewpie & chives; and Signature Seared Salmon served with creamy miso sauce, chilli, sesame and herbs.

Other options include Baked Greek Feta with spiced tomatoes, peppers and basil, Jumbo Prawns grilled in their shells with chimichurri, lemon and herbs, Mediterranean Fish Tacos with tzatziki and pickled pink onions, and Crispy Spanish Calamari with black garlic aioli and lemon. For those looking for something heartier, Croquetas de Chorizo bring together crispy chicken chorizo croquettes with chimichurri, chilli and coriander.

The offer also includes a bottle of house red, white or rosé wine, with the option to upgrade to selected premium wines for an additional AED 75. To finish, guests can choose a dessert to share, with options including Carrot Cake, Cheesecake San Sebastian or house-made sorbet, depending on the day’s flavour.

For those who prefer cocktails, unlimited cocktails are available for AED 159 per person, with a menu featuring a selection of signature serves. Options include the Gin Paloma, Vesper and Bramble from the juniper-infused selection, alongside a Passionfruit Martini, Appletini and Berry Cosmo, as well as the Spicy Mango Margarita and Mexican Raspberry Mule.
