PurpleRun Brings ARMY Together for a Healthy Celebration in Abu Dhabi

PurpleRun successfully held its second community run on July 25 at Khalidiya Park, Abu Dhabi, bringing BTS fans together for another afternoon of movement, friendship, and celebration.

The event welcomed ARMY of all fitness levels to complete a relaxed 3km run/walk, proving that staying active can also be a meaningful way to build connections. Following the run, participants gathered at Joud Café, where they enjoyed refreshments, shared stories, and spent time socializing with fellow fans, turning the event into more than just a run-it became a community experience.

This edition also marked an exciting milestone as Fanwork, the global social platform dedicated to fandom communities, partnered with PurpleRun for its first-ever collaboration in the UAE. To celebrate the occasion, Fanwork treated participants to a special giveaway, with one lucky attendee taking home the latest BTS album, Arirang, adding even more excitement to the already hyped afternoon.

The celebration was made even more memorable with the support of @auh_armyrang, who delighted attendees with thoughtful giveaways and freebies, helping create a warm and festive atmosphere throughout the event.

Although ARMY Day officially falls on July 9, the gathering served as a joyful belated celebration of the BTS fandom. Participants came together to honor the spirit of ARMY through fitness, friendship, and their shared love for BTS.
