In celebration of Saudi National Day, P. F. Chang’s is welcoming guests across the Kingdom with an exclusive Saudi National Day menu, available at P. F. Chang’s restaurants from 1 to 30 September 2026. Every dish and drink on this limited-time menu takes its cue from the green of the Saudi flag, reimagined through P. F. Chang’s signature pan-Asian lens for a celebration that tastes just as good as it looks, with exclusive savings for AURA members.

The lineup opens with the Beef Dumplings, bite-sized beef flank parcels filled with minced carrots and a rich oyster sauce, steamed and finished with a fragrant green sauce, and the Japanese Chicken Karaage, seasoned fried chicken bites served with seared lime and Japanese mayonnaise. For something heartier, the Scorching Baos bring tender beef or chicken tucked into soft bao buns with cucumber, scallions, black beans, chili flakes, and green Japanese mayonnaise, a fiery spin on a street food classic.

Also on the menu are the Firecracker Bites, mozzarella and jalapeños wrapped and fried to golden perfection with a green Japanese mayo sauce, and the Chicken Katsu Green Curry, a crunchy chicken cutlet served with a mildly spiced Thai green curry sauce, cabbage and pickled onions. To finish, the Japanese Cheesecake offers a light, airy take on the classic, served with salsa de café, and the Cucumber & Lime Zest Refresher rounds out the menu with a crisp, icy blend of fresh cucumber juice, zesty lime and mint, built to keep the celebrations cool from the first bite to the last.
