Filipino Expat Wins AED 20 Million Grand Prize and Nepal Expat Wins Maserati Grecale in Big Ticket’s Live Draw

Big Ticket’s latest live draw delivered another memorable night and brought moments of celebration, with one participant walking away with the AED 20 million grand prize, while another celebrated a luxury car win.

Reynaldo Herboso was revealed as the grand prize winner, walking away with an AED 20 million win, as Ash Bahadur Dura claimed the keys to a brand-new Maserati Grecale.

Reynaldo Herboso – AED 20 Million Winner

Reynaldo, a 61-year-old bakery employee from the Philippines, has been living in Dubai since 1988. Having spent nearly four decades in the UAE, he currently lives alone following the passing of his wife. A long-time Big Ticket participant, Reynaldo has been purchasing tickets every month for the past 15 years as part of a group of 10 friends from the Philippines, India and Bangladesh.

The group purchased the AED 20 million grand prize-winning ticket together, with the final number chosen in a particularly meaningful way. Reynaldo shared, “Our Bangladeshi friend selected the ticket number for us. When I found out that we had won, I was completely over the moon. I was so excited and could hardly believe that after all these years, our group had finally won the grand prize.”

Reynaldo confirmed that the AED 20 million prize will be split among all 10 members of the group. While he has not yet decided how he will use his share, he said he plans to take his time and make an informed decision once the prize is received. He added that he may participate in Big Ticket again in the future and encouraged others to remain hopeful, saying, “My advice to everyone is simple: keep trying. You never know when your moment might come.”

Ash Bahadur Dura – Maserati Grecale

Ash Bahadur, a 47-year-old operator from Nepal, has been living in Abu Dhabi for the past 18 years while his family remains back home. A long-time Big Ticket participant, Ash has been purchasing tickets independently every month for the past 10 to 12 years, making this win particularly meaningful after years of consistent participation.

Ash shared that he selected the winning ticket entirely at random. Speaking about the moment he received the news, he said, “I am very, very happy. I honestly cannot express how I feel right now. After taking part for so many years, receiving the winning call was an incredible moment for me.”

Ash plans to cash in the prize and confirmed that he will continue participating in future Big Ticket draws. Encouraging others not to give up, he added, “I would suggest everyone take part and never lose hope. Keep trying, because one day your time will come and you will succeed.”

As the summer break continues across the UAE, Big Ticket is giving customers even more reasons to enjoy the season with an August promotion packed with cash prizes, weekly wins, luxury car draws and another chance to take part in The Big Spin.
